It’s summer time - full of bright colours, fresh fruits and berries.
and for this summer season I’ve created two new cakes “Japánika” and “Raspberry cotton cheesecake”. Both cakes are inspired by my recent trip to Japan as well as special ingredients brought from this beautiful country.
